SHIPPING POLICIES
- Standard: The package is delivered in 3-4 business days from the preparation of the shipment. The standard shipping cost is € 5.5. (Free Shipping costs from € 50 purchase)
- Express: The package is delivered in 2 business days from the preparation of the shipment. The cost of express shipping is € 8.5.
- International shipments (Central Europe): Germany, Austria, France, Holland, Italy, United Kingdom and Portugal. The package is delivered in 4-5 days from the preparation of the shipment. The shipping cost is € 21. (Free Shipping costs from € 200).
CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
- The consignee will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the customs office of destination, both if the merchandise is delivered and if it is not taken care of.
- It will be ensured that the shipment of the order is made in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the import of the requested items since Marybola has no responsibility for them. Nor will the effects produced by strikes, military conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control be attributable to Marybola.
- Marybola will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance, nor if the local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
- Shipping costs for all exported products are based on the calculated volumetric weight and delivery destination.
RETURN POLICY
The deadline for any return is 14 days from the receipt of the order. The return costs in Marybola are paid by the customer, except for returns for the defective or wrong product.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase or by transfer.
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have the corresponding packaging) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank.
Return of defective productsThe customer will be entitled to a refund of the price of the defective products or the products delivered if they do not correspond to the order made by the customer.
In these cases, the return to the owner of the products must be made by the customer through the following procedure:
As long as the customer has followed the established procedure, the requirements established in these General Conditions have been met, the price paid corresponding to the returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the order of products made by the customer will be refunded.
Warranty of purchased productsThe products have the legal guarantee for lack of conformity of the same from the date of delivery and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to keep the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products.
The customer may exercise the guarantee of a product according to current regulations on the guarantee of consumer products.
