GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE



The user is required to inform themselves about the General Conditions of purchase that we offer, being the owner of the website, exonerated of responsibility for user ignorance of them.
The user must accept the particular conditions of service in order to buy the products.

Product information


The descriptions of the products offered on the Website are based on the information and documentation provided by suppliers.

Photographs, graphic or iconographic representations and videos relating to the products on the website aim at providing for greater guidance information.

In the case where, for reasons of force majeure, the product is not available after the purchase has been made, the user will be informed, by email, of the total cancellation or, where appropriate, partial order. The partial cancellation of the order does not entitle cancellation of the entire order, subject to exercise the right of withdrawal corresponding to Partner in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions.


Product prices

The prices of products offered through the Website include any other applicable taxes and are subject to VAT. For purchases made from Canary, Ceuta and Melilla are net prices. Prices may change at any time. Prices do not include shipping costs of products. These are detailed in the payment process and must be accepted by the user at the time of the order request.

Purchase orders and arranging products

It will be sent to user email, within 36 hours after the confirmation of the purchase. The contract will be formalized at the time the customer has made the payment of the order.

Orders are processed in order of entry requests and shipment is done daily.
The minimum purchase must be at the lowest amount of product that is in the store.
For purchases of more than 80 € shipping costs will be free to Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal.

For purchases over 200 € shipping costs are free and made by the Express delivery method (see section delivery method) to Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal.

For purchases over 400 € shipping costs are free for the above named and Germany, Austria areas; Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Slovenia, Estonia, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria.

Shipping methods

The shipping is made by the transport agency MRW.
There are two shipping methods:

Peninsular Spain Balearic Islands, Portugal.

- Standard: the package is delivered in 3-4 business days from shipment preparation. Standard shipping cost is 5.5 € (Free shipment from 80€ purchases).
- Express: the package is delivered in 2 business days from delivery shipping preparation. Express delivery cost is 8.5 € (Free shipment from 200€ purchases).

2. International Shipping (Europe)

- Zone 1: Germany, Austria; Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Switzerland. The package is delivered in 4-5 days from shipment preparation. The shipping cost is 20 € (Free shipping from 400 € purchases).

- Zone 2: Slovenia, Estonia, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and Bulgaria. The package is delivered in 4-5 days from shipment preparation. The shipping cost is 30 € (Free shipping from 400 € purchases).

Conditions for international shipments


Delivery costs include transport, insurance and customs at source. For delivery to countries not part of the EU, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; the recipient will have to settle these in cash in order to receive the merchandise.
The recipient shall be required to pay all the import costs and custom duties at the destination, regardless of whether or not the merchandise is accepted.

The goods will be dispatched in the shortest time possible; however, recipients should take into account the import procedures required by the destination country.

Marybola cannot be held responsible for these. Neither shall Marybola accept any liability for delays caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control.

Payment of the products
